The BBguarder app provides an added layer of security by seamlessly integrating with your SMART personal safety alarms. Upon activation of your SMART device or SOS within the app, BBguarder promptly sends location text messages to your selected emergency contacts, ensuring swift assistance in times of need.

• Option to add up to 3 emergency contacts to receive location updates

• Non-intrusive alerts sent via regular text messages to your emergency contacts

Location Text Messages Requirements:

• The BBguarder app must be actively running (can be in the background or with the phone locked)
• Bluetooth and location services must be enabled on your phone
• Ensure BBguarder app permission to access Bluetooth and location services
• Your SMART personal safety device needs to be linked to the BBguarder app
• Add at least one emergency contact within the BBguarder app settings

BBguarder VIP Membership:

For BBguarder VIP members, including monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscriptions, automatic renewal is in place for seamless continuation of services. Payment for the next membership cycle will be deducted from the linked payment account before expiry.

To manage auto-renewal:

1. Access iTunes Store and App Store via mobile phone settings
2. Select Apple ID, view account details, and navigate to subscriptions to manage BBguarder VIP membership
3. Cancellation of auto-renewal must be done at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends to prevent charges

By using the service, you accept the prevailing service fees at the time of renewal and acknowledge BBguarder's right to adjust pricing and renewal cycles as needed. The service remains active until canceled by the member.
